My name is Laurie Logan and I live in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. I spent my entire childhood growing up on a farm in Northern Alberta. Naturally, this is where where my love for the great outdoors began. Over the last 15 years I’ve worked in radio and television in a bunch of great cities, Edmonton, Kelowna and Vancouver, but recently my life took a turn down an unexpected path. In 201
3 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had invasive surgery, that I am grateful to say was 100% successful in removing the cancer. That experience changed my life forever, and I have since become more conscience about my health, the food I’m eating, the products I’m putting on my body, and the quality of the air I’m breathing. I’ve also uncovered one huge lesson:

When it comes to healthy green living, I feel there is an absorbent amount of contradicting information coming from all angles. On the site and on this page I’ll filter through the information to produce honest environmental content from trusted sources and experts. I am by no means an expert myself but I am ready to share the information I learn along the way. Feel free to send over any comments, suggestions, opinions or ideas that you feel should be featured.
