Employment, Life Skills & Training (ELST) Program – July Workshops

The Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society's Employment, Life Skills & Training (ELST) Program is now accepting registrations for upcoming workshops and certification trainings.

The ELST Program is open to individuals who self-identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit and provides all services at no cost to participants.

This July's workshops include:

• Basic First Aid
• FOODSAFE Level 1
• Drum Making
• Ocean Wise Tour
• Digital Skills Training
• The Fine Art of Being Interviewed
• Serving It Right & Selling It Right
• Resume & Cover Letter Workshop
• Financial Wellness
• Mental Health First Aid

Participants also have access to employment support services, career coaching, cultural programming, transportation assistance, food during training, working gear, and computer supports.
