We’re excited to recognize Hajar Falouhi as the Rising Leader of the second term of the 2024–25 Leaders of Tomorrow cohort!
Hajar’s well-rounded engagement and positive impact have made her a standout mentee this past term. She has played a key role in the LOT Regional and Civic Affairs Committee and even helped organize a committee social that brought her volunteer group closer together.
She’s also maintained a strong and supportive mentorship relationship with Derek Schofield, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and meaningful connection.
Hajar truly embodies the spirit of LOT, setting a fantastic example for her peers. We’re so lucky to have her in our community and can’t wait to see what she takes on next!
