Registration is open for our Fall/Winter In-Person Support Groups.

October 13th - November 17th, 2026. This program runs for six Tuesday evenings, 7 - 9pm at our Kerrisdale/Vancouver West Side location.

October 19th - November 23rd, 2026. This program runs for six Monday evenings, 7 - 9pm at our Downtown Vancouver location.

Grief is the tender ache
of a heart still yearning
for what it has lost.

It lingers quietly,
in photographs, old songs, and treasured memories,
in all the tender places
that keep their memory near.

Love does not disappear
when someone is gone.

It simply changes its form,
becoming a gentle presence within us,
a whisper in the heart,
a warmth that time cannot erase.

Healing is not
about letting go of love,
but learning to carry it differently.

We carry the love forward,
holding them gently
within the sacred spaces of our hearts.

Grief is the echo of love.
And where love remains,
nothing is ever truly lost.
