Kerrisdale Oakridge Marpole Community Policing Centre . KOM CPC is a community-based, volunteer-operated organization that assists the Vancouver Police Department with community safety.

We offer a range of services oriented to deterring crime and educating the public on safety. Our services include:

🟥 SCAM ALERT!!! Don't get played before you even enter the stadium. Fans are only finding out their tickets are fraudulent when they try to scan them at the gate. 😔

Here's what you need to know:

✅ Buy ONLY through fifa.com/tickets
✅ Reselling? Use the official FIFA Exchange Marketplace
✅ Pay by credit card — never e-transfer, cash or crypto
❌ Avoid URLs like 26-fifa.com, ww-fifa.com or fifa.fund
❌ Be very wary of social media ads for "World Cup tickets"
❌ If it seems like a deal — it's a scam

The RCMP and Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre have both issued formal warnings. Stay sharp, and share this with anyone heading to a match. 🙏
