Nature has long been associated with profound and mystical psychedelic experiences. This infographic explores the relationship between psychedelics, nature, and mental well-being, and considers how natural environments and elements of nature may complement psychedelic experiences.

We examine the potential contributions of both psychedelics and nature to mental well-being, alongside considerations for incorporating elements of nature into therapeutic environments while mitigating potential challenges. We also highlight approaches that may support the use of nature in preparation and integration, with a focus on helping individuals feel safe, comfortable, and supported before and after psychedelic experiences.
