Save Desolation Sound Save Desolation Sound Society is a not for profit organization aimed at protecting the pristine natural environment of Desolation Sound, British Columbia.

As stewards of Desolation Sound, we aim to educate, protect and further define this irreplaceable environment. Save Desolation Sound was established by a group of concerned citizens – local residents, outdoor enthusiasts and other people who deeply love Desolation Sound and seek to protect this pristine natural environment for generations to come. We believe this spectacular, natural environment is irreplaceable and should be protected.
