Stage Door Vancouver The Stage Door actors create live theatre productions, produce video shorts, and participate in film festivals. http://www.posabilities.ca/

Stage Door Theatre Troupe was founded in the early 1990s under the realization that many creative individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges had no means of expressing their artistic gifts. The program provided camaraderie, skill building, training in theatre arts and stagecraft and introduced our troupe to their own talent and capacity. Stage Door’s genesis and development was born of the passion, insight and talent of the staff which provided both training and behaviour management tools. Through the years, the troupe became a cohesive force who often conceptualize, write, produce and perform in their productions. Their work has also been featured at the Vancouver Fringe Festival. Stage Door's most recent production - the hilarious comedy, "Skit-Tageous Outrageous" – received excellent reviews from audience members! Stay tuned for upcoming productions - you won't want to miss out! You can see some of their recent works on YouTube: search for posAbilitiesCA. Stage Door Troupe is an initiative of posAbilities Association of BC.
