Thank you to all of our volunteers who helped out at our Introduction to D&D 5th Edition and Meet.Mingle.Quest events in November. It is always a pleasure to welcome new players into the hobby.

We have taken some time off for the holidays, but we are right back at it. We have both events this January 24th! If you got the books for as a gift during the season, then now is your time to find people to play l with.

📸 Volunteer Photographer Wanted – YVR Dungeon Masters

YVR Dungeon Masters is looking for volunteer photographers to help capture the magic of our events!

We are bringing our community together through tabletop roleplaying adventures by rolling dice, telling stories, and building memories. Now we need someone to showcase these adventures through great photos.

Your Role:

Attend our events and capture both candid and posed shots.

Provide photos for our website, social media, and promo materials.

Highlight the fun, creative, and welcoming spirit of our community.

You Are:

A photographer (hobbyist or experienced) with your own gear

Comfortable shooting in different lighting conditions

Excited to support a creative and inclusive community

(Bonus: You love tabletop games, but it’s not required!)

What You’ll Get:

Credit on all published photos.

Portfolio-building opportunities.

A chance to be part of a passionate and growing community of storytellers.

September we have no events but fear not! We have partnered with Guild House Games to bring an event closer to the valley. Come learn to play in Maple Ridge with YVR Dungeon Masters.

Thank you everyone for coming out to both our recent events. 

Our first event was our signature Introduction to D&D 5th Edition and Other TTRPGs. It was nice to see the new players having fun with our volunteer DMs. The laughter made it clear that everyone had a good time. 

The next event was our new Meet.Mingle.Quest event. We brought people from different cities together to find new people that are looking for new home games. It was super fun watching friendships form and the community strengthening. More people that play consistently will only help foster a city full of TTRPG opportunities. 

We are always looking for people that love TTRPGs and want to help cultivate the creative minds in our area. We cannot do this without people willing to step up to make a difference. If that is you send us an email at [email protected].

Thank you to all the GMs and volunteers that came out to our last Introduction to 5th Edition D&D and Other TTRPGs. Without the hard work of these wonderful humans we would not be able to make these events happen.

Also, we would like to shout-out all the participants that came out. You took the chance to come to the event. From all the laughter, smiles and feedback we know that it was all worth it. We hope to see you at any one of our next events.
