Since 1988, Out On Screen's programs have illuminated, celebrated and advanced q***r communities through film, education, and dialogue. The Vancouver Q***r Film Festival creates a dynamic platform for q***r cinema that reflects the diversity of our experiences while connecting and strengthening our communities. Out in Schools brings q***r, trans, and two-spirit cinema into classrooms throughout BC

to combat homophobia, transphobia, and bullying. We are proud to be among the leaders in Canada working to create an equitable society where sexual and gender diversity are embraced.

As a governance Board, Directors help shape the future of the organization by:

→ Overseeing organizational performance
→ Ensuring accountability and long-term sustainability

Each year, the Board evaluates its collective strengths, lived experiences, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for growth and representation within its membership.
