We have a confession... 🧋

Sometimes all it takes to turn a day around is a really good bubble tea.

Luckily, Joyce Collingwood has plenty of great spots to choose from. Whether you’re loyal to brown sugar milk tea, a fruit tea fan, or someone who orders something completely different every time, there’s a drink waiting for you.

Did we miss your favourite bubble tea spot or your go to order?

Let us know in the comments, we’re always looking for our next excuse to grab a drink! 💚

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of celebrating 75 years of VPL Collingwood!

Since 1951, the Collingwood Branch has been a special part of our neighbourhood, bringing people together through stories, learning, and community.

The celebration included a reading session with around 40 children, led by the wonderful library team, and brought together many familiar faces from our community.

Congratulations to everyone at VPL Collingwood on this incredible milestone, and thank you for 75 years of serving our community.

Here’s to many more! ❤️📚

One of our favourite summer traditions is back! ⚽

The Bruce Field Soccer Festival returns on Friday, July 24, and everyone is invited to join the fun!

Kids ages 5 to 12 can enjoy a friendly soccer tournament (no experience needed!), with every player taking home a free prize. Then, as the sun goes down, grab a blanket, bring your favourite snacks, and settle in for a free outdoor screening of Superman (2025) under the stars.

It's the perfect way to spend a summer evening with family, friends, and neighbours.

Graham Bruce Elementary School
Friday, July 24
Pre-registration is required for the soccer tournament.

We are cooking something really special with

A brand new community mural is currently taking shape at Collingwood Neighbourhood House, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Created by Vancouver artist Anaïs Lera, the mural celebrates the people, cultures, nature, and connections that make our neighbourhood unique.

Join us on July 17 for a special Mural Celebration and artist talk, where you'll have the chance to meet Anaïs, learn about the inspiration behind the artwork, and be among the first to celebrate this exciting new addition to our community. We hope to see you there! ❤️

National Indigenous Peoples Day is an opportunity to celebrate, learn, and reflect 🧡

Today, we recognize the rich cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples, while also acknowledging the ongoing work toward Truth and Reconciliation.

We're grateful to learn from and celebrate Indigenous voices in our community, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to Collingwood Days on July 18 for a special Indigenous blessing and opening ceremony at Gaston Park.
