For 40 years, More Than A Roof has been about more than housing.

It’s about the people who have called our homes their own, the relationships built along the way, and the many stories of new beginnings we’ve had the privilege of witnessing. This Thanksgiving, we’re especially grateful for the people who have been part of our story and helped make these 40 years possible.

Here’s to 40 years of community, connection, and places to call home.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the places we get to call home.

Home can be a place to gather with family, make memories, find a little stability, or simply have a space that feels like your own. It’s where we celebrate the good days, find comfort during the hard ones, and make room for what comes next.

Something new is coming to East Vancouver.

Vienna House will bring 123 affordable rental homes to the Kensington–Cedar Cottage neighbourhood, with a mix of studios, one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Designed with community, sustainability and everyday life in mind, Vienna House is being created to give more people a place to call home in the community they know.

Finding an affordable home can be a challenge, and having more options matters.

More Than A Roof currently has 325 new homes in development, with another 255 homes in the proposal stage. That means more opportunities to create affordable places to call home for families, seniors and individuals across our communities.
