We may not get together often, but when we do, it’s always filled with laughter, connection, and lots of fun.

Grateful for the incredible team behind our mission to advance menstrual equity.❤️

Across Canada, too many people are forced to choose between buying period products and paying for essentials like food, rent, or transportation. No one should have to miss school, work, or daily life because they can’t afford a basic necessity.

Until this story becomes history, we’ll keep showing up, advocating, and working toward a future where menstrual equity is a reality for everyone.

🎬 Netflix... if you’re listening, we’ve got a story to tell.

Today, we invite our community to pause and reflect. We honour the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples who have cared for these lands since time immemorial and recognize that reconciliation is an ongoing commitment.

At Free Periods Canada, our work toward menstrual equity is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves equitable access to health, dignity, and care.

Wishing our community a safe and reflective day. ❤️
