VCN operates a free, publicly accessible, non-commercial computer utility in the Lower Mainland of BC, which provides Internet-related services to community groups and individuals who would otherwise experience barriers

to using the Internet. Other services include providing leadership in community development using information and communication technologies, public education, public access sites, networking, connectivity, training, support and partnership with the non-profit community of the Lower Mainland of BC.
