Since the Auxiliary began in 1982, it provides a vital role in supporting the children and families at BC Children’s Hospital. The Auxiliary was created by volunteers from within the Hospital who were committed to supporting the hospital’s programs with their service and fund raising efforts. The Auxiliary today is an organization of 400+ volunteers contributing at total of 30,000 hours each year and raising over $250,000 annually.
