Soap for Hope

Soap for Hope Soap for Hope aims to employ individuals in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver while diverting used hotel bar soap from our landfills.

Soap for Hope is a program that collects and sanitizes gently used bar soaps from hotels and upcycles them into new products: liquid hand soap and bar soap. We work towards alleviating homelessness by providing wages and transitional work opportunities to marginalized individuals who help us with production, all while diverting reusable materials from the waste stream.
