New Acropolis Vancouver New Acropolis, an international non-profit organization, is a school of Philosophy that promotes Culture and practices Volunteering.

We look forward to meeting you! New Acropolis can be found in more than 60 countries, in five continents, and has thousands of active members and hundreds of thousands of supporters that communicate in more than 15 languages. They represent a wide range of cultural inheritance, ethnic origins and beliefs, being an example of co-existence and human understanding.

In Ancient Greece, the Acropolis was the highest point of the city.
There, the visible met the invisible.
It was a symbol of inner elevation.

Today, we believe the world needs New Acropolises:
not made of stone, but made of human beings.
Built in the heart of our cities —
so we can grow inwardly
and rebuild the bonds that unite us with one another
and with nature.

This is our mission.
