Combining Our Strength (COS) is Minerva's Indigenous Leadership initiative servicing Indigenous and non-Indigenous women and girls. Through COS we recruit and celebrate Indigenous women as partners, leaders, and teachers of our programs: COS Leadership Program, COS Indigenous Roots: Outdoor Leadership Program and through our Education Awards.
