Meet Jeffrey, one of the familiar faces in Dunbar Village for more than two decades.

Jeffrey took over Blight’s Home Hardware 23 years ago, but ask anyone in the neighbourhood and they’ll tell you he’s become much more than a hardware store owner. Whether you’re looking for advice, a friendly chat, or the right tool for the job, Jeffrey has been there for the community every step of the way.

He’s a neighbour, a supporter, a friendly face, and yes… he also happens to sell hardware on the side.

A little glimpse of what the Dunbar Plaza is all about 💚

It’s been so great to see neighbours coming together, sharing stories, learning about different cultures, and making new connections in the heart of the community.

This week, the plaza hosted a Dragon Boat Festival community gathering with the Heyni中文课 Community, where attendees shared traditions, stories, and celebrated together.

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by so far. More community activations are popping up throughout the summer, so keep an eye out for upcoming gatherings!
