Faces of Dunbar: meet Mehdi Saadati 👋

If you’ve wandered into Dunbar Antiques lately, you’ve probably met Mehdi (and you might also recognize him from Third Eye Martial Arts) Mehdi took over the shop earlier this year from its previous owner and now runs it alongside his partner.

His favourite part of the job? Watching someone head home with a piece they truly love. Every item in the shop has a story, and Mehdi loves helping it find its next chapter.

Stop by, say hi, and see what treasure is waiting for you 🕰️

This is Tina from 30 Minute Hit Kerrisdale 🥊

Fitness has always been Tina’s thing, but what keeps her going is the community she gets to be part of. She loves helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered, one workout at a time.

30 Minute Hit is a circuit built around boxing, kickboxing and self defense: fast, fun, and seriously effective
for a good sweat. She has some members who have been coming for as long as 14 years!

Come meet Tina in Dunbar Village. She’s the absolute nicest, but she won’t go easy on you in the gym 😅
