Please keep yourself safe from COVID 19:
- wash your hands for minimum 20-30 seconds (sing the ABC song)
- don't touch your face
- stay 6 feet a part from other people
- cough in your arm
- self isolate: stay away from large crowds (if it can be helped)
- If you have any symptoms: coughing, running nose, fever, sore neck, difficulty breathing (severe cases) you should go get checked.
