Day 1 in Toronto ✈️

We arrived in Toronto and were immediately met with warmth through the people who already call this city home. 🤎

A meaningful part of the first day was reconnecting with Craig and the team; as we continue collaborating across different programs, it was such a joy to find space to exchange ideas, explore possibility and think about the future of our community. 💡

It didn’t feel like formal alignment—it felt like shared understanding. A reminder that what we’re building isn’t carried by one person alone, but by a group of people moving with trust, intention, and care for what’s being created together.

There’s a different kind of strength in that kind of collaboration. One that feels steady, human, and deeply connected to why we started in the first place. 💫

There’s something grounding about reconnecting with people you build alongside in Toronto, knowing that a large part of our community is rooted across Eastern Canada. We’re just getting started. Looking forward to what the next 6 days bring within this community. 🌎

The National Sales Manager will lead BEBC's Canada Summer Jobs sales team, drive enrollment targets, build scalable recruitment processes, and ensure consistent outreach quality across the Procurement & Certification Readiness Program and the Entrepreneurship & Newcomer Financial Literacy Program.

📍 Remote (Canada-based)
💰 $18.25 CAD/hr
⏱ 8 weeks, 35-40 hrs/week

You'll be responsible for:
✅ Providing day-to-day direction and coordination to two Account Manager – Sales positions.
✅ Conducting direct outreach to entrepreneurs, newcomers, community organizations, and local partners.
✅ Building and maintaining sales pipelines, tracking spreadsheets, and CRM systems for both program streams.
✅ Tracking and reporting on KPIs including leads generated, follow-ups completed, and enrollments confirmed.

You bring:
🔑 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and drive accountability in a remote environment.
🔑 Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, or sales systems.
🔑 Post-secondary background in Business, Sales, Marketing or Social Services (enrolled or recent grad)
