As members of Greenfaith International, we share the vision of a world in which humanity, in all its diversity, expresses a shared reverence for life on Earth. By uniting religious and spiritual communities everywhere, we will generate a moral awakening that honours the sacredness of Mother Earth and the dignity of all people. t meet everyone’s needs and protect the planet. The era of conquest, extraction, and exploitation has given way to cooperation and community. Vancouver Greenfaith is an inter-/ multi-faith collective united for climate justice via spiritual vision and practice. We strive to demonstrate faith-based community engagement for ecological and social justice, “ringing the bells” to examine whether we are truly living in line with the values of our faith. Specific to B.C, Vancouver Greenfaith may serve as a conduit for others to join this global movement (whether by supporting the establishment of new circles or welcoming individuals to our existing circle).
