Charity work in action. With a small granted funds from GVFB combined with support from other food donating suppliers: Prime Time Chicken Ltd, T&T Supermarket, Urban Fare Supermarkets, Maxim's Bakery and Water Man Beverages Co., our deligrated members and volunteers were able to offer a special lunch treating120 vulnerable individuals on May 23&24, 2026. Genuine charity deed by the truly caring members and volunteers of ACBA is revealed.👍
真誠的慈善行動。二零廿六年五月廿三及廿四日，一群熱心公益，誠心善舉的越棉寮會員和義工們以一筆由大溫食物庫批給，微小的經費，配合其他商號如大統華超市，美心餅店，Prime Time Chicken Ltd, Urban Fare 超市及Water Man飲料公司等的支助為120名弱勢群衆提供豐富且健康的食物，湯料，飲品及糕點。實至名歸的善舉👍

Celebrating success of the past year and plan for the new year
On February 7th, 2026, our association has had a grand reception for members, volunteers and supporters to recognize their work. In the past year, regardless of the weather, regardless of their shoulders and or waist pains, our hardworking members and volunteers kept serving free foods to the vulnerable all 52 weekends non-stop. Our clients, the food recipients want us to convey their appreciation to everyone involved on their behalf; especially, to all food suppliers providing free foods; also to all donors who keep financially supporting such a meaningful charitable project.
For the coming year, we'll continue our work, with limited resources though. We won't build an Eden garden up in the air, nor do we tolerate any fake and unrealized promises. We'll stand on our own feet to keep the association existing and serving the community.
Great thanks to those who sincerely and faithfully support our work. Best wishes to all.🙏
送舊迎新
本會於二零二六年二月七日舉辦送別二五，迎接二六年團拜聚會。本會仝人及全體弱勢社群受惠者充心感謝各熱心理事，會員，義工及會友等的努力，不顧晴或雨天，不顧個人損傷或不適，積極妥善地完成二五年整整五十二個週末的免費食物派發行動；更必要感謝各食物供應商及所有善長的資金捐助使本會可順利推行此善舉。
新年新境象，本會祈望更進一步，希望有更多後人加入工作行列，誠心服務社區，絶不接受空氣中建閣樓，空虛的承諾。本會將以有限的資源，支撐會所的存在，量入而出，有計劃地推行慈善活動。祈望各誠信真心的善長繼續支持。祝各界馬年順利，馬到竟成。🙏

Thanks to the on-going generous food donations from our suppliers, namely Food Bank, FoodMesh, Food Rescue, T&T Supermarket, Urban Fare Supermarkets and Starbucks, we are able to keep our free food distribution project running for over 5 years. On this BC Day long weekend, we celebrated with around 150 vulnerable seniors, homeless and people in need by distributing to each individual a huge hamper of foods filled with meat, fruits and vegetables, groceries, bakery and drinks. Thanks to all volunteers involved, we got the job done smoothly.
萬分感謝各食物供應商號及團體如：大溫食物庫，食物綱絡，食物重生計劃，大統華超市，Urban Fare 超市，Starbucks 等不斷地支持本會給弱勢社群派發免費食物行動至今己超過五年。於剛過的BC Day長週末，本會以一豐富的食物袋，內有肉類，蔬果，麵包，雜貨，糕點及飲品等供應給大約150位弱勢群眾，共歡度節日。此食物派發行動可長年順利地進行亦歸功於全體義工和理事們的積極參與。謹此致謝🙏
