During Summer 2026, this is where you’ll find us! ☀️🏕️🌿

We’ve got a few adventures lined up this season, and with destinations like these - the views are going to be spectacular!

We are so excited to share that this year’s Summer Science Camp will be held at Mt. Edziza! ✨ From exploring, learning, and connecting with the land, to making memories and having fun together — it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable summer.

There’s a saying that reminds us why opportunities like this matter so much: “We do not inherit the Land from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.” As we spend time on the land together, we look forward to learning, exploring, and deepening our understanding of the world around us — while hoping to inspire the next generation of land stewards, scientists, and hikers.

Please check out the information in our posters below, and let us know if you’d like to join in on the fun — we’d love to have you with us! 💚 (Limited spaces available, so make sure to contact us asap!)

To kick off our season, we’re excited to get some chaperones trained up! If you have a bit of time to set aside for the courses below, we’d love to hear from you. These courses have some supports in place, and if you need to travel to Dease Lake to take part, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask questions! It’s also a wonderful opportunity to come home, reconnect, and spend some time out on the land!

TWILD is excited to present this year's Artists in Residence! We are welcoming two very talented Freda Diesing School of Northwest Coast Art graduates, Chaz Carlick and Wenda Day, to host workshops in our Tahltan schools and teach the youth about crest design drawing, painting, carving, and more!

This three-week-long residency will give students the opportunity to learn more about Northwest Coast Art, unleash their inner artist, and consider the fine art career path for themselves when they reach graduation. We couldn't be more excited to host their residency as they pass their knowledge on to the younger generations!
