To help reduce the financial and resource burden on Canada’s health care system with regards to geriatric population and those who suffer from chronic illnesses. As an interdisciplinary medical team, our mission is to help community seniors with healthy aging and enhanced quality of life through social interaction, sensory stimulation and provide educational workshops for long term caregivers.
