The 4th Annual Dutch Street Market is Canada’s largest Dutch event and you are a part of it!

After years of growing the Dutch Street Market on two blocks of Granville Street, we are expanding to five blocks, a new weekend, and a new partner with the Downtown Vancouver BIA. August 29-30 will see the largest celebration of Dutch culture in Vancouver in decades, and we invite you to join us as an attendee, volunteer, vendor or social media booster! Share this email with friends and help share the news of a Dutch-takeover of Vancouver’s hoofdstraat. Mark your calendars and bring the family to the 700-1100 blocks of Granville Street.

📅 Date: Saturday, August 29 & Sunday, August 30

📍 Location: Granville FIFA World Cup Pedestrian Zone (700-1100 Block), Vancouver.

We are bringing all of our Netherlands House football activations, Indonesian Rijsttafel, Bloemenmarkt, hot bitterballen and cold pilsners, fresh stroopwaffels and poffertjes, and Dutch Film Festival programming! This is a massive 500 metre-long Dutch Street Market and we’re thrilled to introduce a Pilsner & Gin Tasting, Djakarta Corner, special Culture Sessions with Naimmie (Netherlands in dialogue with the Caribbean), and more TBA.

Mark your calendars, tell your friends, and stay tuned—we will share our programming schedule, and exclusive DutchBC perks in our email next week!

Met vriendelijke groetjes,
DutchBC Production Team.

P.S. Want to get involved? We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers and sponsors. RSVP below, or reach out at [email protected] to learn more!
