We are a private group of vegan professionals and business owners across Canada, founded in 2020 by Helen Siwak and Justin Manning, Vegan Financial Advisor. Co-hosts are Justin Manning and Sandra Nomoto, Vegan Hype woman. Membership is by application. All members are vegan and strive to make change through their actions and business. This week, we're getting to know member Ruhee Rajan, an independent fractional CMO and the founder of Rubies Bras, a luxury bespoke bra company and online mentorship school. Born and raised in Edmonton, Ruhee graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Marketing in 2004, and worked in the corporate and consulting sector for over 20 years.

In 2015, after moving to Toronto, Ruhee began the leap and started her passion project, a custom bra business, which has now evolved to high-end couture commissions and an online sewing school.

This week at VEG Networking Canada, we're meeting Dr. Dylan Cutler, PhD - Health Research Scientist & Educator, who has a Ph.D. in obstetrics and gynaecology, specializing in lifestyle changes for hormonal health. She is the research manager at the Institute on Aging & Lifelong Health and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Victoria. She's been a vegan since 2012 and has lived a plant-based, health-focused lifestyle for much longer. She's passionate about empowering people to improve their quality of life through lifestyle.

Welcome to our newest member! Dalton Sweet is a growth marketer focused on lifecycle marketing, email automation, experimentation, and analytics. He enjoys building and improving marketing programs that increase acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Dalton is especially passionate about using his marketing skills to improve the lives of animals. He currently works as Senior Marketer at FarmKind and has completed the High Impact Professionals Impact Accelerator Program and the Futurekind AI Fellowship. A longtime vegan, he is interested in connecting with other professionals who are using their careers and businesses to create positive change.

Across small business, non-profit, and government sectors, she's built systems that last and landed multi-million-dollar deals using the same frameworks she teaches today.

As the founder of No LMIT Marketing, Ina works with business owners who are tired of chasing trends and ready to build something real.
