Your plans, your ride - hello ! Since 2015, this not-for-profit has kept St. Margaret's Bay connected with accessible, affordable, reliable and safe, pre-booked, on-demand, door-to-door transportation 🚗🚙🚕

With seven vehicles - two accessible and five SUVs/vans - they cover more than a dozen communities in southwestern rural HRM. If you need a ride for work, school, shopping, medical appointments, or some shopping, the team at BayRides can help you get there!

Join the SMBCEC for a community shredding event where residents can safely dispose of old household documents, bills, statements, etc.

🗓️ DATE: Wednesday, Sep 23
⏰ TIME: 10:00 am until noon
📍 LOCATION: Sonny’s Road, Upper Tantallon
💲COST: $5 cash per banker's box
(15" x 12" x 10") or box/bag of a similar size. Please remove papers from any binders beforehand.

Bring your paper piles and watch them disappear … secure, simple and stress free! 😊

September has snuck up on us, but it's technically still summer so we continue our member highlight summer series! This local marina is so much more than slips and docks—it's a welcoming waterfront hub where everyone can enjoy the water.

is a destination that opens the shoreline to the whole community with accessible ways to get out on the water, including paddle board rentals. Visitors can come for the views, stay for great food at Saltbox Brewery, and enjoy live entertainment in a relaxed, social setting.
