C.E. Nick Nicolle Community Centre Nick Nicolle Community Centre is the first time the City has trusted a community group to manage a municipal facility and offer programs for all ages

ONE Change Inc. is an Incorporated Registered Charity that began work in the Old North End of Saint John approximately nine years ago with the ‘simple’ mission of improving the quality of life in the Old North End. The group was originally brought together by residents and the Saint John Police Force who were concerned with the high levels of crime in the neighborhood. This dedicated group of individuals is now made up of stakeholders representing a variety of fields. The real experts however are the residents and the youth who live here. While the challenges are large, the spirit and determination of this community is greater.
