Meet our Goat Division judge Isabel Warkentin!

Isabel is a senior 4-H member and has been actively involved with both the BC Goat Association and the Canadian Goat Association for nearly a decade. Throughout her years of showing goats, Isabel has been fortunate to have fantastic mentors who have helped shape her passion for judging and mentoring younger members. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with others and is excited for this opportunity to help the next generation of 4-H members grow and improve their skills.

Our Horse Division judge is Rob Kershaw!

Rob has spent decades in the horse industry, gaining extensive experience in breeding, showing, show management, and professional training. This diverse background brings a knowledgeable and well-rounded perspective to his role as a judge.

After watching his daughters grow up showing and competing—and now seeing his grandchild follow in their footsteps—he understands the importance of supporting and encouraging young people in whatever they choose to pursue with their horses.

Born and raised in Barriere, Rob and his wife, Linda, now reside in Prince George, BC.

Meet our final photography division judge, Megan!

Megan is entering her fourth-year teaching photography and art at Barriere Secondary School. She enjoys photographing wildlife and sports games. She is looking forward to helping judge photography again at this year’s Ag Expo.

Meet another one of our Photography judges, Dennis Farquharson!

Dennis has a long history of supporting 4-H members and is very pleased to be able to do so again this year with AG Expo.
Dennis has been the A Leader as well as a Photography Leader with the Yellowhead 4-H Club. He was also the President and the Treasurer of the Kamloops and District 4-H Senior Council.
Dennis believes strongly in the 4-H program, the opportunities and experiences it provides for young people to learn and develop skills for life.
