Today, we’re thrilled to introduce: Kelvin Ndoro!

Kelvin Ndoro is a Lead Economist in CMHC's Housing Economics and Insights team, specializing in Atlantic Canada's housing market. With over 15 years of experience in public sector economics and policy research, including more than eight years at CMHC, he provides evidence-based analysis to support housing policy, market intelligence, and strategic planning. A frequent speaker and media commentator on housing issues, Kelvin contributes to public discussions on housing market trends, affordability, and supply challenges across Atlantic Canada. Previously, he served as a Senior Economist with Nova Scotia's Department of Labour and Advanced Education.

We’re officially underway! 🏠

This week, CHBA NS is kicking off our first Know the Code – Understanding the Nova Scotia Building Code training session in Cape Breton and virtually!

This FREE three-day program helps make the Nova Scotia Building Code more practical, accessible and easier to understand. It’s open to anyone, with no previous experience required, and all participants receive a Certificate of Completion.

Thank you to the Province of Nova Scotia for supporting this training and helping us bring this learning opportunity to communities across the province.

Thank you to everyone joining us in Cape Breton—we’re excited to get this series started!
