Our team was out a couple weeks ago getting this crib installed before the cold weather hits! 🥶

What is a Crib Dock you might ask?

Crib docks are a traditional dock type, built with a framework made of wood, and filled with stone. We use them at the waters edge to create a stable anchoring point to shore. From there, we connect our NyDock Floating Dock systems that adjust perfectly with changing water levels over the season.

Here’s a closer look at how we use hidden cleats beneath the decking to securely anchor a NyDock floating dock to the lake bottom using concrete anchors. 💪

By tying off the weights and neatly wrapping the extra marine rope around the cleat, we keep everything secure, organized, and out of the way while you enjoy a swim!

Cleats also make it easier to adjust anchor lines as water levels change throughout the season.
