We've got the music, we've got the food, we've got the spooky fun planned… but our ticket sales are looking a little more like a ghost town than a Halloween party! 💀😂

Come on, Edmonton! Don't make us sing karaoke to an empty room. Trust us, nobody deserves that! 🎶🤣

Get moving, have fun and dance your way through the week with **Alex leading our weekly Zumba class!** No experience needed and **all fitness and skill levels are welcome.** Just come ready to move and have a good time!

Another successful event for the Veggie Chefs Youth Club! This time we had 12 kids and 7 adult volunteers participate as well as some additional caregivers who helped us with clean-up at the end. It was a full house!

A big shout out to the volunteers who stepped up in a big way to make this event possible...Monique and the VvoA who came through with organizing and set-up; Nandini, the instructor who taught us how to make some yummy quesadillas and who made everyone feel welcome; Marc, who kept track of all the paperwork and helped us get set-up, and Noah, who delivered all the ingredients on time to make the delicious food.

Talking to kids about money can feel a little awkward. How much do you tell them? When do you start? And how do you teach good money habits without turning every trip to the store into a financial seminar? 😂

Join us for our next **FREE Financial Workshop**, presented with the help of **Norwood’s financial experts**, all about:
