Our Club kids got into the Halloween spirit last week with some pumpkin carving! There were plenty of creative designs, silly faces and spooky jack-o-lanterns as everyone put their own spin on a favourite fall tradition.

Both Full Scare Nights for The Haunting of Beban House are officially SOLD OUT! 😱

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased tickets. We're blown away by the response and can't wait to welcome you to Beban House this weekend!

Our Ladysmith Club kids had some special visitors for Farm Day, with the chance to get up close and meet all kinds of farm animals!

There was plenty of excitement as the kids got to hold and pet the animals, learn a little about them, and spend time with their new furry and feathered friends. 🐰

Beban House is almost ready for you!

We've been busy transforming historic Beban House into something a whole lot scarier, and in just over a week, we'll be opening the doors! 😈

Our volunteers are hard at work building creepy rooms, setting up props and preparing plenty of surprises for everyone brave enough to come through.

Here's when you can visit:

Full Scare Nights: October 23 & 24 | 6–10 p.m.
Family-Friendly Haunting: October 24 | 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Beban House | 2290 Bowen Road, Nanaimo

Tickets are selling quickly, with many time slots already sold out! If you're planning to come, make sure you book ahead so you don't miss out.

One of our most popular youth programs is Purple Girlzillas! This is a space for girls ages 9–12 to hang out, make friends, try new things and develop skills to build healthy relationships.

Each week brings something different, with activities, games, creative projects and group discussions that encourage confidence, friendships and self-expression. It's a chance for girls to connect with others their age, explore their interests and have a space that's just for them.

💜 Ages: 9–12
📅 When: Mondays and Fridays, 6:30–8:30 p.m.
📍 Where: Fifth St, Beban House, and Parksville Clubs

A little look back at our End-of-Summer BBQ with our Comox Valley Clubs! ☀️🌭

Our Club kids and staff got together to wrap up summer with an afternoon of games, activities, and summer treats before heading back to school.
