It use to be host and support karner blue and frosted Elfin butterflies, however they are sadly exptripated from Ontario. Please be sure to check any seeds or plants that your considering for your garden. Be sure that they are true ethically sourced native. NOT Large leaf Lupine as they are Not native to Ontario and are aggressive.
