Wela'lioq to everyone who joined us for Be the Change 2026.

Over four days on the land at Asitu'lisk, Indigenous youth from across Atlantic Canada came together to share ideas, build connections, strengthen leadership, and explore pathways in education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

We are grateful to all the youth who shared their time, energy, and perspectives throughout the gathering. Your commitment, openness, and passion inspired meaningful dialogue, learning, and positive change.

We’d also like to thank the Elders, staff, facilitators, friends, and family who joined us to share their knowledge, lived experiences, and support. Together, we created space for youth voices to be heard and to spark meaningful action.

As we return to our communities, we carry forward the connections, lessons, and ideas that emerged from our time together. The work of being the change continues. ✨
