Starting something new is always scary, but just because it is scary doesn't mean it isn't worth it. I founded Uplift Her because I’ve been where so many women are—caught in the middle. Not qualifying for support but struggling to afford the essentials like therapy, legal aid, or education. It’s an isolating place, and I knew I couldn’t sit back and do nothing.

This nonprofit is my way of saying, ‘You’re not alone, and we’ve got your back.’

At Uplift Her, our mission is to empower women to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential by providing essential services and coaching. We serve women in Ontario who do not qualify for government assistance but need support in critical areas such as legal aid, therapy, education, career advancement, health, and wellness. Our inclusive approach ensures that every woman's needs are met, regardless of the size or nature of the challenge. By offering personalized assistance and fostering a supportive community, we strive to uplift women, enabling them to excel and thrive in all aspects of life.

This is our monthly charitable campaign that spotlights local causes and organizations. We pledge to donate $500 monthly and we want your help to decide where the money goes.

The A1 in the Community Program provides a platform for local organizations to reach more people in the communities they serve. For the winner, it means a helpful financial boost, but all participants benefit from the opportunity to be recognized. We use our social networks to promote our participants, making sure that everyone we reach can learn about the great work these organizations do, and how they contribute to our community.
