ReelAbilities Film Festival (RAFF) is the largest film festival in the world dedicated to telling the stories of people with disabilities through film. ReelAbilities Toronto was the first international city to host a ReelAbilities Film Festival in 2016 – we are proud to showcase Canadian and International shorts, features, and documentaries about Deaf and disability cultures and by filmmakers and

actors with disabilities and/or who are Deaf. This one week city-wide arts and culture event will bring together cultural organizations, the arts sector, disability rights advocates, disability service agencies and members of our community to explore, discuss, embrace and celebrate the diversity of our shared human experience. RAFF Toronto is organized by The Miles Nadal JCC, a local non-profit and member of the Bloor Street Cultural Corridor, with a 60 year history of providing exceptional and diverse cultural, recreational and educational programming to the City of Toronto.
