Body By Dex and Jab Cross Promotions are back for Keep Your Hands Up IV: A Charity Amateur Boxing Event featuring trained male and female amateur fighters from across the GTA battling it out in the ring.

Proceeds will go towards X Movement benefiting children's' wellness. This year's event is in memory of DJ Marlon Mack.

We have summer camps for you too!!! We are running our camps for kids aged 6-8 in Mississauga at Lorne Park Hall from July 24th through to September 1st. Hey everyone,

In search of a FUN SUMMER CAMP in Oakville for your child aged 9-12? If so, you're in luck! X Movement camps are back and we still have some spaces in our camps:

This would be a whole body wellness camp and include sports activities, like dance battles, volleyball, soccer, basketball and football, as well as, creative and explorer like activities, including arts and mindfulness.

JULY 25th-29th - Camp X-TRAVAGANZA!: Smiles, laughter, and movement all at the same time. This experience is for campers that want a high-energy, movement-based camp experience. Campers will explore movement activities such as fitness, dance, yoga, sport, martial arts and other high-energy team building games. Campers will learn about the power of positivity and celebration through affirmations and mindset challenges. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the XTravaganza camp promotes spreading positivity, practicing gratitude, and celebrating yourself, others and the world around us.

AUGUST 2nd-5th - Camp X DANCE: The ULTIMATE dance camp for beginners and experienced dancers. Campers build confidence by learning popular dances (including some TikTok choreography) and exploring diversity through global dance styles such as Hip-hop, Soca, Bollywood, Salsa and more. With games, group dance battles, choreography challenges, mindful movement such as Yoga and Tai Chi and end-of-week performances, campers are encouraged to celebrate the Xtraordinary version of themselves, each other and the world around them.

The Dragon’s Den Winner, and leading youth health organization, X MOVEMENT, has already energized, entertained and inspired over 1.5 Million kids across Canada. For the first time ever, X Movement Camps are coming to Stouffville!

Our camps integrate MOVEMENT (eg. dance, martial arts, sports, games), MINDSET (eg. social skills, self-reflection, positivity, confidence), and MYSTERY (eg. arts, creative problem solving, STEM-inspired activities) to help communities raise healthy, positive, and extraordinary children.

X Campers will be in good hands, as X Movement’s counsellors are world-class life coaches that will engage, support, and encourage campers to discover their extraordinary selves!

Camps take place at the Stouffville Secondary School, and run for 2 WEEKS ONLY.
