Members of the RTSO were proud to attend the Annual Conference of the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) last week.

Representing the RTSO was our President, Yvonne Drassovean, who had the privilege of presenting alongside Carole Hamp, Registrar & CEO of the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO), on the topic: “Defining Our Boundaries: A Collaborative RT Scope of Practice Review.”

We are also proud to recognize our Director of Education, Karl Weiss, who was honoured with the Robert Merry Award for Excellence in Respiratory Therapy Education in recognition of his exceptional contributions to respiratory therapy education.

Congratulations to the CSRT on another successful conference, and thank you to all presenters, speakers, and attendees for advancing important conversations that continue to shape the future of respiratory therapy in Canada.
