Get Reel Ontario's Only Dedicated VHS and Child Car Seat Recycler Less than 10% of plastic products are being recycled worldwide.

Compelled by the long-term impact on the environment and the ongoing waste of our resources, Red Propeller took up the challenge of recycling the 2.26 billion of VHS tapes accumulated in Ontario since 1970s. At least 80% of the VHS tape is recyclable. Additionally, we throw away about a quarter million of used child car seats each year. In Ontario there is no green program to recycle the VHS and c

hild car seats. In tackling this environmental challenge, we hire individuals with barriers to employment to dismantle these materials. In doing so Red Propeller has both environmental and social impact.
