CANADIAN NATIONAL SQUARE & ROUND DANCE FESTIVAL 2026
-- AND WHAT A PEACH OF A DEAL!
Please accept our invitation to the :

Canadian National Square & Round Dance Festival 2026,
July 15-18, 2026
Penticton, BC, Canada.

Get involved in a unique and vacation memories of a lifetime.

Penticton (pen-TIK-ton) is located in the central area of the southern interior of BC, westernmost province in Canada. It is one of just two cities in the world that is located between two lakes, Lake Okanagan to the north and Skaha Lake to the south, and boasts a semi-desert warm climate.

Penticton is known for both its water sports and its variety of home-grown produce, especially peaches. How many of us can fondly remember the aptly-named Peach Festival with its iconic Aquaduck square dance!

The venue is located by the south end of Okanagan Lake, so it’s steps away from the Channel Float activity, where we can take a break from dancing to float from one lake to the other in lazy river fashion on giant rubber floats, courtesy of Coyote Cruises. And Saturday, at the Urban Farmer’s Market, load up on fresh fruit goodies to energize those dancing feet.

Penticton is located on Highway 97, a highway that runs from California to Alaska. Also, easily accessed from Highway #1 (Trans-Canada Hwy) to the north and Highway #3 (Crowsnest Hwy) to the south.

Two airports serve Penticton.

The Regional Airport hosts the Pacific Coastal Airline, with daily flights from Vancouver, BC to Penticton.

For international flights, Kelowna International Airport is close by, to the north, and provides direct flights from Calgary and Edmonton on Westjet Airlines.

Here’s a peach of an idea. Invest some thought into getting involved in the square dance vacation of a lifetime. And now’s the time to do it, when it’s at its lowest amount.

Just fill in the on-line form at [email protected]. It’s as easy as pie – peach pie!
