Honestly can’t believe we’re here… we’re turning one! 💛

It’s been such a fun year of coffee chats, pottery, flowers, pickleball, journey mapping, and meeting so many incredible women.

To celebrate, we’re hosting the tenth brew circle with a summer picnic at Riverdale Park where we’ll paint sunsets with Shruti Bhatt from Shvish Studio | By Shruti Bhatt , enjoy anniversary cupcakes by Toronto Cakes , sip peach iced tea, and spend the afternoon together.

If you’ve been part of Her Circle this past year, I really hope you can make it. It would mean so much to celebrate this milestone with you. And if this is your first event, we’d love to have you join us too.

Competition looked a little different this weekend. 🙌

It looked like cheering each other on, laughing through missed shots, sharing stories over ice cream, and reflecting on the small rituals that help us keep going when things gets hard.

One day, You walked in room of unknown faces, as a stranger… and somehow overtime it didn’t feel that way anymore.

There’s a reason for that.

Psychologists call it the mere exposure effect. The more often we see the same people, the more familiar they become. Familiarity builds trust. Trust makes conversations easier. And over time, connection starts to grow.

That’s why community isn’t built in one gathering.

It’s built by showing up again.
