Make your voice heard: regulatory decision-makers are listening to people living with PSC and their caregivers.

A new, confidential survey developed by PSC Support, in partnership with PSC Partners, PSC Partners Seeking a Cure Canada , and PSC Support Australia captures how PSC impacts you and how new treatments could make a difference. The results will be presented to regulatory agencies to help inform decision making when reviewing new potential treatments for PSC.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us over the three days. Whether you travelled from near or far, asked questions, shared experiences, or connected with others in the PSC community, your participation made this event truly special.

Thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their expertise and insights, our dedicated service providers for helping bring the event to life, and to Heat Holders for generously donating socks for our attendee swag bags.

Events like these are only possible because of the support, passion, and commitment of our community. Thank you for making What the Cell?! Toronto 2026 such a memorable weekend of learning, connection, and hope.

If you are a caregiver or a patient affected by primary sclerosing cholangitis, then this event is for you. Join us for dinner Friday night and get to know others in the PSC community. Learn about the basics of PSC, clinical trials, transplant, and get ready to explore PSC on a cellular level.
