What the Cell?! Toronto 2026 has come to a close, and our cups are full.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us over the three days. Whether you travelled from near or far, asked questions, shared experiences, or connected with others in the PSC community, your participation made this event truly special.

Thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their expertise and insights, our dedicated service providers for helping bring the event to life, and to Heat Holders for generously donating socks for our attendee swag bags.

Events like these are only possible because of the support, passion, and commitment of our community. Thank you for making What the Cell?! Toronto 2026 such a memorable weekend of learning, connection, and hope.

From June 5–7, join others impacted by Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) for a weekend of connection, learning, and conversation focused on PSC. Topics include PSC basics, clinical trials, transplant, and emerging cellular research.

Whether you are living with PSC or supporting someone who is, this event offers a welcoming space to learn and connect with others who understand the journey.

If you are a caregiver or a patient affected by primary sclerosing cholangitis, then this event is for you. Join us for dinner Friday night and get to know others in the PSC community. Learn about the basics of PSC, clinical trials, transplant, and get ready to explore PSC on a cellular level.
