Sometimes the most important work happens in the quiet. This past quarter, we took a step back intentionally.
Behind the scenes, we took time to look inward, at our association, where we are today, and what truly matters most.
That answer came easily: you.
Our members are the foundation of Leading Spas of Canada. Without your voices, your businesses, and your commitment to this industry, we don’t move forward.
This pause gave us clarity. It showed us that in order to grow, we need to rebuild, starting from the ground up. Strengthening our foundation so we can better support a connected, informed community of spa leaders, resource partners, providers, educational organizations, and students across the country.
As we move into spring, we’re beginning this next chapter with a refresh and a return to in-person connection.
I’m looking forward to being joined by our Vice Chair, Katherine Asmono, here in Winnipeg for a morning event, The Business of Wellness. Together, we’ll bring our local spa community into the conversation -exploring industry trends, the evolving client journey, loyalty, and creating space for meaningful connection.
This is just the beginning.
In the months ahead, you’ll see a renewed Leading Spas of Canada—featuring a new website, a calendar of events, scheduled webinars, and updated membership offerings designed with tangible value in mind. We are strengthening connection across the Canadian spa industry through intentional collaboration, shared knowledge, and expanded access to the expertise within our board, including more direct, one-on-one support for your businesses.
