“Aki” is the Anishnaabemowin word that encompasses earth, land, place. Aki Studio is a fully accessible dynamic black-box space helmed by Native Earth. It is on the main floor of the Daniels Spectrum, a cultural centre located in the heart of Regent Park. Equipped with a state-of-the-art theatrical sound and lighting system, flexible seating arrangements, hearing assist, and surtitles, Aki Studio

is a multi-use space that supports a variety of events, including performances, conferences, tradeshows and fundraisers.
