The Toronto Community & Culture Centre (TCCC), formally known as Toronto Mainland Chinese Community Centre, was established in 1995 and registered as a charitable organization in 1998. Since 1996, we have delivered settlement services, social programs, and youth internship programs supported by the three levels of government. We hav

e also organized many outreach activities within the mainland Chinese community and Canadian society. For example, TCCC planned and hosted the Canada Day celebration, Family Day, cultural exhibitions, international job fairs, Chinese New Year performances and many more outdoor activities annually. A significant number of mainland Chinese volunteers have participated in and helped with our services and events over the past years. TCCC has provided walk-in, telephone and group services since the beginning. Starting from 1996, we have successfully delivered a large number of programs funded by the three levels of the government, including:

Access & Equity Program, etc. As an expanding service agency in the Mandarin-speaking community of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we have offered and provided many diverse services targeting the Mandarin community members; however, we are also open to all people in the community.
