Join the Toronto-Leaside Rotary Club for our annual Electronics Recycling Drive ♻️

⏰ WHEN: Saturday, April 18, 2026 | 10 AM - 4 PM
📍 WHERE: East York Town Centre, 45 Overlea Blvd. From Overlea, turn south on Thorncliffe Park Drive and take the first entrance road into the Town Centre parking lot. (See map on attached poster).
📱 WHAT: Bring your old phones, laptops, chargers, and more for recycling (see full details on our attached poster).
✨ IMPACT: It’s a simple way to help protect the environment while supporting local charities.

At our Christmas celebration, the Toronto-Leaside Rotary Club was honoured to recognize Paige Fernandes, Past President (2022–2024), with the Paul Harris Fellowship — one of Rotary’s most prestigious distinctions.
This recognition celebrates Paige’s exceptional leadership, dedication to service, involvement at the district level, and the compassion and kindness she brings to our club and community. Her commitment truly reflects the values and vision of Rotary founder Paul Harris.

Had a fantastic evening at the Leaside Rotary Club social, where we were honored to welcome our District Governor of Rotary District 7070 Niecy Dillon-Tyrovolas🌟 It was a truly special moment, and we were also joined by AG Matt Emerson, who introduced Niecy to our members.
Niecy’s inspiring message emphasized the importance of unity and how we can continue to make a difference at the district level through collective action. 🤝
As a token of appreciation, our talented member Nancy Howson created a beautiful stained glass plate, which was presented to Niecy by DGE Elizabeth Compton. A perfect reminder of the friendships and the impact we build together through Rotary. 🙏💙
