RSC Summer Social was a blast!

What an amazing day spent with an incredible community!

We shared great food, enjoyed wonderful conversations, took scenic boat rides, and soaked in the beautiful city views together. It was the great opportunity to connect, laugh, and create lasting memories outside of our regular meetings.

At Roncesvalles Speakers Circle, we’re more than a Toastmasters club, we’re a community that supports one another, celebrates together, and builds friendships that go beyond public speaking.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s Summer Social so memorable. We can’t wait for the next one!

🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day! 🍁

What a wonderful way to begin a new Toastmasters year!

Today, we're celebrating not only Canada's birthday, but also the start of a new chapter for the Roncesvalles Speakers Circle Toastmasters executive team. We're excited to serve our members, strengthen our club, and continue creating a welcoming space where everyone can grow as communicators and leaders.

A heartfelt thank you to our outgoing executive team for your dedication and service. We look forward to building on that foundation and making this another fantastic year together.

To our members, guests, and the entire Toastmasters community: thank you for being part of the journey.

Wishing everyone a joyful, and memorable Canada Day! ❤️🤍

🍁 Here's to new beginnings, new goals, and another year of learning, leadership, and friendship.

An unforeseen event moved our meeting to the beautiful outdoors last night. 20 of us including 4 guests gathered under a pagoda at High Park and held a terrific meeting out in the fresh air with birds chirping as the sun set with people stopping by stare at us with curiosity.

Our new member Bach introduced himself to the club in his ice breaker speech and we learned more about Lumia who inspired us to take our health seriously.

What a wonderful way to spend a Tuesday evening in a supportive company of others who are passionate about building out their communication skills.

We meet every Tuesday 6.15 to 8 pm. Join us!

While at RSC we practices speaking both on-line and in person, with the two environments offering a completely different experience, we do love to meet in person most because it also gives us a chance to socialize after and get to know our fellow toastmasters a little deeper.

Great work last night everyone!

Great speeches, fantastic participation.

You better believe we live up to our slogan of “RSC being the best club in the planet!

Happy Spring everyone! Yesterday RSC members and their families gathered for our Spring Potluck. Thank you to everyone who brought delicious food, games, music, and especially Chad for opening up his beautiful space for the RSC community to gather outside our usual speaking time, so we could get to know each other even better and celebrate everything we have been able to accomplish as a club and as speakers so far this year.

RSC now has its very own podcast! Our club president Anita Bruisma joined our VP of PR Inna Korobkin’s on the very first episode of “Coffee & Toast Podcast” to share a little bit about her own Toastmasters journey. https:// Watch full episode here vimeo.com/1175227161/1a879d66f5?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci and be inspired to speak more!

Yesterday’s Speech Marathon meeting was beyond unique and inspiring! It turned out that so many prepared speeches were travel related.

8 speakers lined up to inspire us with their travel stories, taking us on an adventure across the globe without us having to leave the cozy High Park library room with butter colored walls. We had a beautiful Ice Breaker speech and a speech that allowed us to embrace limitations.

“Popcorn evaluations” were sweet, quick, to the point, and supportive.

In the end we all grew as speakers!

The speeches were so enthralling we forgot to take more pictures so apologies for not getting all the speakers in.

Some of us headed to Gabby’s after the meeting, like we always do after an in person meeting, to celebrate a job well done and St. Patrick’s day!
