Foundation for Montessori Education Foundation for Montessori Education is an AMI Montessori teacher training centre located in Toronto.

Our goal is to improve the lives of children by promoting education that meets their physical, intellectual and psychological needs as they grow. We train adults to become Montessori teachers and classroom assistants; as well as offer support and information to parents and caregivers. In addition, we offer professional development to those already working in Montessori environments and encourage discussions that lead to improvements in our work with children.

✨ Four weeks together, and somehow it flew by! ✨

Our first onsite module for the AMI 3–6 Diploma Program at FME was filled with learning, growth, hard work, and so many memorable moments.

There were countless presentations, thoughtful discussions, and lots of hands-on guided practice. Our students showed incredible dedication, staying fully engaged throughout these four weeks. We are so proud of the work they put in and the progress they made. 💫

It was an intense and rewarding few weeks and we can hardly believe it’s already over!

A huge thank you to our students for bringing such energy, commitment, and passion to our time together.

Now we’re looking ahead to October, when we’ll all be together again. We can’t wait!

A warm welcome to the students in the first in-person modules of both our AMI 3-6 and AMI 6-12 Diploma Programs! 👋🌟

There is something incredibly special about coming together with a shared purpose. We are so excited to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside each of you, officially launching two brand-new communities of educators.

We are looking forward to several weeks of:

✔Shared learning that sparks new ideas.

✔Meaningful conversations that challenge and inspire us.

✔Lifelong connections that support us throughout our careers.

We also want to extend a huge thank you to Montessori School - Toronto for hosting our AMI 3-6 Diploma Program and @ La Villa Montessori School in Oakville for hosting our AMI 6-12 Diploma Program. We are grateful for your support and for the work you do on behalf of the child!
